Service & Warranty

Regular maintenance is simple and you can do it yourself.
We recommend regularly:

• Check the oil
• Check the air filter
• Check the coolant
• Regularly lubricate all lubrication points.

This basic care is important for the long-term reliability of your machine.

Warranty inspections are important for maintaining the full warranty on your machine. These inspections are carried out at prescribed engine operating hour intervals and include:

• Oil change
• Replacement of filters (oil, air, fuel, hydraulic)
• Refilling/replacement of hydraulic oil
• Tightening the belt
• Inspection of the electrical installation
• Refilling the coolant
• Checking machine functions

You can schedule a warranty inspection via email or phone. We always agree on the service price in advance so that you know exactly how much the service will cost.

Pricing policy of the service

• Travel expenses are calculated at the rate of 0,68 EUR/km
• The driving time is charged at 10,00 EUR per hour.
• The service rate (out of warranty) is 40,00 EUR per hour
• In the case of using the ferry, the cost is calculated separately.

If you regularly perform warranty inspections, you are entitled to a full warranty. In case of malfunction:

1. Report a problem to us.
2. Our technician will come to your address and fix the issue, including transportation.
3. If it is not possible to repair the machine on-site, we will take it to our service center, fix the issue there, and return the machine to you at no charge.
4. All at our expense.
